Dr. House Treats his Colleagues to Israel Vacation


Four stars of FOX’s “House” are in Israel this week, celebrating Independence Day in Tel Aviv before stopping by such sites as the Galilee and the Dead Sea. The four “House” actors who are in Israel are Omar Epps, Lisa Edelstein, Amber Tamblyn, and Jesse Spencer. In additon, creator and executive producer David Shore is also joining them on their tour of Israel.The trip is being sponsored by Israel Ministry of Tourism, the Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs, America’s Voices for Israel (Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations) and EL AL Israel Airlines.

Earlier today, the crew was in Tzfat, and Omar Epps tweeted this great pic saying “Just visited The Artist’s Colony in Tzfat.. Beautiful!” Of his trip in general to the Holy Land, Omar said “The point isn’t to try to change one’s ideology or faith but to realize that the sun rises & sets on us all. Muslims, Jews, Christians, Hindus, Buddhists.. Ultimately, we are all connected as one humanity, one family. Let’s love & respect each other!”

Amber Tamblyn, who played Dr. Martha Masters in the hit medical drama, said: “Walking around Jaffa and Tel Aviv on Independence Day and seeing how everyone was celebrating in full spirit was an unforgettable experience.”
